Catering

The Bourne Academy partners with an award winning catering company, Cleverchefs, to provide its school meals.

Cleverchefs focus on providing amazing food, going that extra mile to give students a real “wow” factor in presentation and taste, whilst keeping recognisable food that can be of comfort.

Their ethos is about providing perfection as standard. This means that they promise to use the freshest local ingredients, cooked and served by dedicated professionals, whilst doing their very best to be sustainable in every area of their business.

The current three-week menu from Cleverchefs can be found HERE and a price list HERE.  Please scan the QR code on the menu to obtain detailed allergen information for items on the menus. Their meals will be complemented with a variety of tasty ‘grab and go’ foods with lots more homemade goodies available every day.

Cleverchefs understand the importance of a good wholesome start to the day, so will continue to work in partnership with The Bourne Academy work in partnership to understand the importance of a good wholesome start to the day, to provide each student with a free breakfast comprising of toast, bagels, jams and fruit juice.

The Academy runs a fully cashless catering system, with parents are able to top up their children's accounts securely online (via  SCOPAY) and pre-order via the Fusion app. For those that prefer cash, students can top up their account using the revaluation machine located in the HUB. Free Breakfast

The Academy is pleased to announce that we will be partnering with the National Schools Breakfast programme during the current academic year. To supplement our usual free breakfasts we will be offering the alternative healthier option of bagels in place of toast each day.
