Curriculum Overview

Here at The Bourne Academy we will develop literate, numerate, global citizens who ASPIRE and our curriculum is taught through the Academy Competencies:-

The 2014 Ofsted inspection highlighted that 'the range of subjects the school teaches inspires a love of learning and is reviewed annually to meet the needs of all groups of students. This action is having a positive effect.'  Students are also assessed through Aspire Days, where they spend the day working in teams on a themed project.
