GCSE Results 2022

Our class of 2022 have managed to rise to all the challenges over the last few years and record the Academy’s highest ever attainment results.

The Bourne Academy, an all ability state-funded secondary Academy established by its sponsor Canford School in 2010, is delighted to announce another outstanding set of examination results, both in terms of attainment grades and levels of progress achieved.

Despite unprecedented challenges, Academy students have shown enormous determination and resilience. It has been a pleasure to greet students this morning as they came into school to collect their results. All students have been keen to share their successes with their teachers and all echoed their thanks to the staff who have guided them through their courses over the last two years.

Mark Avoth, Principal, said “I am delighted to say that The Bourne Academy has, achieved a very positive set of GCSE results.  Our class of 2022 have managed to rise to all the challenges over the last few years and record the Academy’s highest ever attainment results.  This is a remarkable achievement and testament to the hard work and dedication of our students and staff.  Well done everyone!’
