BOURNE ACADEMY DELIGHTED WITH 2018 GCSE RESULTS
The Bourne Academy, an all ability state-funded secondary Academy established by its sponsor Canford School in 2010, is delighted to announce another outstanding set of examination results, both in terms of grades and levels of progress achieved.
Mark Avoth, Principal, said “I am delighted to say that The Bourne Academy has achieved its RECORD results this year. Our English and mathematics 9 to 4 grade results are at 75% and 70% respectively. In this period of examination reform, where it is widely reported that GCSE’s are significantly harder, to have achieved our best ever results is remarkable and testament to the hard work and dedication of our students and staff. Well done everyone!’
