Single and Regular Gifts

Single or Regular Gifts - If you would like to make a Single Donation or a Regular Gift, please fill out the form below and return it to the Business Director (along with your donation if it is a Single Gift).

Regular Gifts - Payments made monthly, quarterly, or annually can make a big difference to The Bourne Academy over time. There is no minimum to the length of a regular gift, but we do encourage either four or seven year gifts in order to help with the Academy’s forward planning and to increase the value of your donation over time.

Gift Aid - Your gift becomes even more beneficial to the school through the Gift Aid scheme, so if you are a taxpayer, please do tick and sign this box.

For information: The Gift Aid scheme is for gifts of money to charities by UK taxpayers. As a registered charity, The Bourne Foundation takes your donation - which is money you've already paid tax on - and reclaims basic rate tax from HM Revenue & Customs (HMRC) on its 'gross' equivalent - the amount before basic rate tax was deducted.
In addition, if you are a higher-rate taxpayer, you can claim back a portion of the gross value of the gift. This means that, very often, a higher rate tax payer only ‘spends’ 50 – 60 per cent of the total value of a gift to charity.
