At The Bourne Academy Sixth Form, we will strive to ensure that you achieve your best, be challenged and most importantly, enjoy your time with us.

Everyone at the Academy is here to learn, whatever their role and 6th form students are encouraged to become involved in Academy life, act as role models to the younger students and work within the wider community.  Students will also have the opportunity to gain leadership roles and therefore make decisions to influence Academy life.

The Bourne Academy also has a unique and innovative mentoring scheme, The Bourne Ambassador programme which aims to provide every 6th Form student a business mentor.  Students will be responsibility for visiting their mentor in the workplace at least five times per academic year.  The aims are to help each student develop their confidence levels, social skills and give them a real sense of what the world of work is actually like.
