Teacher of Art & Photography - Part Time (0.6)

We want to continue to appoint teaching staff who are passionate about their subject and who want to make a difference for the students in our care. With that in mind we want to appoint a talented, experienced and innovative teacher for the post of Teacher of Art & Photography for Sept 2026. The department has developed and is very popular amongst our students as a subject option. It is well supported, in terms of resources, and opportunities for staff to develop their teaching and further their careers. Art & Photography is taught at all Key Stages and is a popular subject at A level. As a classroom teacher, you will be supported by an experienced Head of Department. This is a part time post (min 0.6).
Teaching and learning is high on the agenda at The Bourne Academy and staff are actively encouraged to constantly develop, experiment and reflect on their practice. Access to high quality in-house CPD as well as the opportunity to gain a bursary towards further studies is available.
