The Bourne Academy is a vibrant and forward-thinking school, committed to providing high-quality education and fostering a supportive learning environment. We are currently seeking a passionate Teacher of Sociology & Criminology to join our Humanities department. This role involves teaching A Level Sociology and Criminology courses, contributing to the academic success and personal development of our students.

Experience: No previous experience required

Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of Sociology and Criminology at A Level standard
- Ability to plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons that meet curriculum requirements
- Good communication skills with students, parents, and colleagues
- Willingness to develop professionally through training and collaboration
- Basic understanding of assessment methods for further education students
