Learning Support Assistants *flexible hours available*

The Bourne Academy is a busy place of learning and work, and therefore the ability to organise and prioritise tasks is a key requirement.  You must also enjoy working with young people and the wider community, and be prepared to model the ethos of the Academy.

Our Learning Support Team assist our students with learning needs in lessons and encourage them to learn and achieve success. You will be resourceful and creative, highly resilient and able to work well as a member of a successful team. You will also be able to relate well with (and understand) others, demonstrating highly developed interpersonal and communication skills, and have a good sense of positive humour. you have experience, skills, interests, or an area of knowledge that you will inspire others with, then we would love to work with your enthusiasm in this area to support our vulnerable learners.
